ITTConnect is seeking two Senior Apigee Developers to work remotely for one of our clients in the USA.
This is a position with a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries.
The end client is in the Telecom area.
Technical skills : Experience creating API proxy configuration on APIGEE products; APIGEE X preferred Debugging API proxy configurations involving authentication, routing and API chaining Experience with creating and using APIGEE shared flows, reusable configuration Evaluating and resolving dependencies for API proxy configuration in APIGEE Experience using POSTMAN, SOAP UI and other API clients for testing REST and SOAP APIs Experience working with Authentication schemes like OAuth, API keys, Basic authentication, MTLS Experience working with Javascript, Java, shell scripting Experience working with API gateways Experience working with Splunk Experience working with handling XML and JSON payloads, XPATH, JSON Path Document technical changes and promote to production steps Experience working with JIRA for work intake and defect tracking Communication skills : Communicate clearly and timely the ongoing tasks and challenges Work with customer for testing, debugging and assist in onboarding client apps Work as part of a team in sharing solutions and collaborating to deliver work products Highly desired additional skills : Able to review API proxy configuration and documentation to ensure compliance with organization and customer best practices Capable of creating and implementing reusable configuration Understanding of Kubernetes , operating systems, firewalls, load balancers, identity providers and enterprise networks Experience working with client and server certificates , TLS, IP whitelists Able to participate in operations reviews and ensure implementation of feedback items Willing to review requirements and provide feedback on feasibility of implementation and level of effort, dependencies and bottlenecks Able to recognize potential issues and bring them up to ensure early resolution (proactivity).
