We connect all the tools you already love and use, allowing you to better manage the operational complexity of a scaling hospitality business while increasing profit per guest.We are growing fast, and we want you to be a part of that growth!Responsibilities:Identifying, implementing & maintaining a robust set of monitors and auto-rollback rules using DataDog to pro-actively respond to issues and prevent bad deploys / 3rd party outages.Developing and maintaining an automated frontend test suite from scratch focused around key user flows and critical paths.Reviewing & investigating support tickets that should be prevented with monitors & setting up those monitors.Performing occasional manual QA on new functionality to ensure a high level of polish.Participating in design sessions and code reviews with peers to elevate the quality of engineering across the organizationWhat you bring:You are a self-starter who thrives under minimal supervisionExperience working with monitoring & APM systems (setting up Datadog dashboards, auto-rollback rules, monitors etc..)You have experience working with automated frontend test suites (Cypress, robot framework etc..)You are detail-oriented & product focused with strong manual testing skillsTeam player who enjoys collaboration and working with othersUnderstand object-oriented APIs, ETL pipelines & 3rd party API integration risks/common issuesUnderstanding of DevOps principles and experience working with CI/CD pipelinesAs a plus:Serverless infrastructure experience, specifically AWS & FaaSNoSQL database experienceExperience working at startups / ProptechPerks:Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to innovative projects.Flex PTO for any reason, including sick days (no specified limits), flexible work schedule.Personal laptop.Health and wellness package.Remote work.
