Ubi custom-curates Brazilian top 5% talent for their LATAM strategy, offering a unique combo of staff augmentation and employer-of-record services.Ubiminds is assisting a global rating agency established to restore trust in credit ratings and offer accurate and transparent ratings.ChallengeThe Senior Backend Engineer will work with the development team, being responsible for financial analytical systems, in addition to optimizing and creating end-to-end processes and suggesting new tools, technologies, and methodologies that better work and fit the team.What you'll doWrite efficient, understandable code based on requirements.Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software.Test and deploy programs and applications.Collaborate with other developers, testers, product owners, and teams.Create architecture designs to support initiatives.In order to succeed in this position, you will need:Mandatory skills5+ years of Backend experience.Proficiency in applying Clean code principles.Deep understanding of C#.Strong expertise in architecture patterns.Extensive experience with unit testing (bonus for synthetic and E2E testing).Strong analytical skills.Experience using debugging tools.Ability to help other developers grow and learn new technologies.Diplomatic temperament; share opinions with the team and be open to alternative solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Nice to haveExperience working with external vendors.Frontend/React experience.AWS Step Function experience.Non-technical skillsPatience with end-users.Persistence in working with external vendors.Self-motivation.Adaptability to changing requirements and priorities.About UbimindsOur CulturePeople First.
