The MEP (Marketing Engineering Platform) team enables and maximizes marketing efforts through technology and product integrations. Our goal is to uncover new growth opportunities through analyses to determine the best infrastructure and processes for growth. We work to optimize traffic to B2B and B2C sign-up/purchase conversion with an experiment-first approach, fresh and engaging web content, funnel paths, and personalization. We also provide platform and integration by combining marketing and product data from different sources to create a unified and consistent view.The Analytics & Integrations team creates data products such as the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and data pipelines focused on enabling Marketing campaigns, Attribution models, and analytics insights.YOUR IMPACTParticipate in developing core services within the Wellhub ecosystem to construct long-term, efficient, and sustainable solutions;Engage in discussions to comprehend and architect solutions addressing the requirements of various teams and services;Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance services with a focus on performance, scalability, and resilience;Proactively identify and address technical debt to ensure system robustness;Construct integrations with third-party APIs and tools, evaluating the cost and value of solutions;Offer support for existing systems, aiming to improve functionality and scalability;Work in a collaborative and agile environment that values people;Act as a mentor for other engineers and participate in recruitment efforts.Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.WHO YOU AREA bachelor's degree in computer science or analogous professional experience;Proven expertise in collaborating within modern agile product development teams;Solid experience with Golang or Kotlin;Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL technologies, especially DynamoDB, Redis, and PostgreSQL/Aurora;Experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers;Proficiency in cloud-based architecture, particularly within AWS;Expertise in containerization and orchestration, with Docker and Kubernetes;Deep understanding of software engineering principles;Proficiency in technical documentation;The following will be considered a plus:Knowledge of martech platforms and analytics tools.We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
