Senior Business Analyst

Project Description: As a part of our growing cooperation with a small and well organized US based Investment Bank we are building a team to deliver on a set of regulatory requirements.
Project to be built from scratch by one agile team, based on technology already used by customer.
Responsibilities: - Requirement gathering, system analysis, functional and technical specifications development - Partnering with business teams to clearly document requirements and workflows for new developments - Helping write JIRA stories for the workstreams as needed - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders in the business - Delving into complex system infrastructure - Working with the development teams to ensure business needs are met Mandatory Skills Description: 5+ years of proven experience in Business Analysis Experience in Capital Markets , particularly in Regulatory Reporting Proficiency in gathering , analyzing , and translating user needs into Functional Specifications.
Expertise in identifying, documenting, and validating Non-functional requirements Strong Knowledge of SDLC Familiar with Data Exchange Methods: REST, queues, and other integration mechanisms.
Comprehensive Understanding of Data Formats: XML, JSON, CSV Strong understanding of Data Mapping , Validation , and ETL challenges Knowledge of SQL Proficiency in Visualization Tools : Visio, Draw.io, or similar software to create comprehensive diagrams and process flows.
Experience with Agile , Waterfall , and hybrid approaches Nice-to-Have Skills Description: Hands-on experience with Murex Technical background Languages: English: C1 Advanced
