Market Research highlighting market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Financial Analysis provides detailed cost-benefit analysis and financial projections. Solution Options evaluation with pros and cons. Risk Assessment identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies. Implementation Plan detailing steps, timelines, and resources. Benefit Realization Plan to track and measure project outcomes post-implementation. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in influencing decision-making and developing business cases within complex organizational environments. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market research, financial analysis, and strategic planning. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
