The Role:
As a Senior Business Analyst in the Energy AI and Data industry ("BF Team"), you will be key in identifying solutions that leverage data-driven insights and AI.
This will lead to optimize business processes, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation.
This role requires a deep understanding of business operations and technological solutions, as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with Business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies in AI, data analytics, and process automation.
Identify opportunities for AI and process automation within the energy sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adopt AI-enabled solutions.
Monitor and optimize implemented solutions to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Elicit and document business processes, requirements, and specifications.
Create user manuals and training materials for new systems and processes.
Lead process modeling and translate requirements into Stories.
Conduct user need analyses to establish requirements.
Offer advice on process improvements and technical solutions.
Coordinate and monitor projects.
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a technical outsourcing or software development environment.
Familiarity with energy industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
High-level understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics capabilities.
Leadership skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
