Project description As a part of our growing cooperation with a small and well organized US based Investment Bank we are building a team to deliver on a set of regulatory requirements.
Project to be built from scratch by one agile team, based on technology already used by customer.
Responsibilities Requirement gathering, system analysis, functional and technical specifications development Partnering with business teams to clearly document requirements and workflows for new developments Helping write JIRA stories for the workstreams as needed Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders in the business Delving into complex system infrastructure Working with the development teams to ensure business needs are met Skills Must have 5+ years of proven experience in Business Analysis Experience in Capital Markets, particularly in Regulatory Reporting Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and translating user needs into Functional Specifications.
Expertise in identifying, documenting, and validating Non-functional requirements Strong Knowledge of SDLC Familiar with Data Exchange Methods: REST, queues, and other integration mechanisms.
Comprehensive Understanding of Data Formats: XML, JSON, CSV Strong understanding of Data Mapping, Validation, and ETL challenges Knowledge of SQL Proficiency in Visualization Tools: Visio, Draw.io, or similar software to create comprehensive diagrams and process flows.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches Nice to have Hands-on experience with Murex Technical background LANGUAGES English: C1 Advanced
