The "Senior Business Strategy Specialist" will work closely with the Vice President Latin America | STG, all other STG Functions and Regions, and the regional BD team to identify key strategic initiatives for the business, optimize the financial performance, enhance customer satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, drive the implementation of the sustainability agenda and improve the employee experience in STG.How You'll Make an Impact BU Mgmt.
support: Provide executive assistance on a wide range of topics and presentations to various collaborators and help management align across new units and services, as #1STG.Market Engagement: Stay informed on industry events and symposiums, enhancing business positioning with a customer-focused approach.Operational Excellence: Collaborate with quality and operations teams to enhance operational excellence and profitable growth by driving operational improvement projects across complex settings towards clear decisions and impact.
Monitor progress on crucial transformation initiatives.Strategy & Business Development: Pursue localization opportunities and partnerships with local players to improve efficiency and market positioning and to transform potential into performance.
Set up, structure and lead strategic projects (e.g., strategy definition, measurement tracking, implementation, competitor analysis, portfolio review).
Structure, analyze and translate business challenges and complex data into actionable solutions.Business Growth: Facilitate cross-functional, cross-business unit growth initiatives, working closely with sales to implement effective go-to-market approaches and portfolio improvements.
Develop strategies to successfully manage the energy transition in the field of Steam Turbines and Generators, not only to secure long-term growth of the business but also to secure required profitability.Develop a business strategy for LATAM, considering long-term goals, key customers, competition, market trends, and regulations.
Align with global strategies and improve transparency.What You Bring You are skilled user of Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, Qlik, Tableau and open to apply AI like Copilot.Experience in business strategy in the Energy market.We are in search of a motivated and adaptable individual who welcomes feedback and is committed to self-improvement.
Strong English communication skills are required, and proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish is desirable.You have shown ability to implement and bring concepts to life in a fast-moving and changing environment.
