We're currently looking for our new Buyer for the Food Preparation Product Line, who will support the Global Product Line organization in the development and execution of the category strategy.

As our new Buyer for the Food Preparation Product Line, you will help us by contributing to the development and execution of the category strategy, considering aspects like complexity reduction, cost analysis and modeling, supplier consolidation and development methodology and payment terms.
As such, you will be expected to promote data analytics within the relevant categories, identifying opportunities for improvement, proposing solutions and leading projects for the implementation of these solutions.
It will be necessary to track and report on the results.
Moreover, you will be responsible for preparing and supporting the preparation of RFQs and other strategic sourcing activities, including awarding new business projects.
You will also be expected to manage and evaluate contractual agreement terms, as well as work towards the maximization of buying efficiency and the minimization of supply disruption and financial risks.
It will be necessary to monitor and work towards the achievement of the area's KPIs.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Economics is a strong plus);
- Solid experience with purchasing in a multinational environment;
- Experience with negotiations and contracts;
- Knowledge of elaboration of RFQs and cost comparison;
- Knowledge of cost breakdown;
- Knowledge of strategy planning, supplier base definition and accountability for direct materials results;
- Advanced Office skills;
- Advanced English.
