Senior C++ Developer

Job Description We are looking for a Senior C++ Developer to lead technical initiatives at our innovative startup that offers latency reduction services for online gaming (Windows). At NoPing, we are a dynamic and fast-growing company, offering you the opportunity to design and implement high-performance solutions that directly impact gamers worldwide. Responsibilities: Design architectures and technical solutions for NoPing's latency optimization software. Perform code reviews to ensure quality and efficiency. Develop and maintain features that reduce latency and enhance performance. Implement advanced networking solutions (TCP/UDP/IP) and optimize software performance. Collaborate with the technical team to create robust, high-impact solutions. Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of experience in C++ programming. Solid experience in Windows development and kernels. Proficiency in TCP/UDP/IP networking. Experience with Boost. Expertise in sockets and multi-threaded programming. Intermediate English (reading and communication). Nice to Have: Knowledge of Flutter. Experience with driver development. Familiarity with advanced kernel concepts. Proven experience in projects focused on network optimization and latency. Job Details: Contract Type: PJ.
