Our opportunity: We are looking for a Senior Change Management Specialist (Bilingual). To apply for this position, you must meet the following requirements : Fluent English. Complete higher education. Solid experience in project management, with experience in process management, operations-based projects and a strong track record in implementing these projects. Solid experience with changes within company operations. Its main activities will be: Identify potential risks or issues with project implementations and promote communication with internal and external stakeholders during projects. Manage multiple small and medium scale projects from scope definition to implementation and deployment. Play an active role, contributing to improving product solutions, processes and support systems. Develop and execute customized change management plans for the project, including stakeholder analysis, communication, training and support. Work closely with project leaders and stakeholders to identify and manage resistance to change. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary.
