*** Temporary Position: 24 months firm + 12 months as optional*** Estimated Start date: February 2025Dimension:Internal Communications / Events / Content / Corporate sponsorships / Volunteering internal initiatives.Activities:Events: Strong experience in Corporate Events, such as End-year party, RO&G stands, covering all the aspects involved, such as: Planning and executing; making call for tender, managing suppliers and its contracts, project cost control, etc.
Overseeing brand exposure and engagement opportunities - aligned with the main strategy of the affiliate.Content: Support in the content management of the affiliate, working transversally with the other Communications subsystems to ensure the deployment and implementation of the right positioning of the Company; write content for the internal channels, and institutional materials, such as brochures and videos.Internal Communications: Support in the implementation of planning and implementation of internal campaigns, endomarketing actions, internal programs and internal events; cascade HQ´s campaigns in the affiliate; responsible for keeping the internal channels updated; responsible for maintenance and upgrade of the intranet; maintain a strong interface with internal clients (ie.
HSE, HR, Operations, IT, Adm etc.)
to integrate their needs in internal action; oversee the implementation of communications activities, including potentially supervising consultants and suppliers; oversee work plans; elaborate reports and KPIs.Corporate Sponsorship: Identify relevant events/seminars/workshops to be sponsored that can provide brand visibility and boost company´s reputation in the fields considered strategy by the Company.
