About the position: We are looking for a Community Analyst who will be responsible for coordinating the community management for the new game's social media in Brazil, ensuring content delivery that talks to players, aiming to expand the base of followers, engagement, and representation of the game´s brand, as well as the development of strategies and implementation of KPIs based on results analysis. Responsibilities: Developing and implementing strategies for social media: publishing content related to new games and its community (players and influencers), as well as programming this content on related channels using specific tools (SocialBakers, Creator Studio) and creating texts for each content. Coordinating, together with marketing, content creation with external partners to create videos, community events (championships, live broadcasts, coverage of offline actions), aiming at promoting events to generate revenue and user activity in each social media for new games, define results-based strategies and ensure alignment with global teams on campaign results, best practices, and player feedback. Working together with other areas of the communication and branding team, including global teams, in order to develop high-impact actions and activations inside and outside the community, aiming to maximize the players' experience. Developing guides and reference materials for internal use and for external partners, with the purpose of creating specific content in each channel, ensuring the unity of each new games brand.
