As an IMS and Risk Management Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for mapping, reviewing, and integrating organizational processes, procedures, and practices. You will manage continuous improvement projects through Agile and Hybrid methodologies, support certification management, handle insurance policies, claims, and risks, and identify critical actions related to quality, environment, and safety. Additionally, you will focus on enhancing internal and external customer experiences.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain Operational Excellence: Control occurrences by analyzing root causes and action plans within the quality system, and guide other areas for correct execution.Coordinate the Risk Management Agenda based on the AEO Program and other certifications, including process integration analysis and evidence gathering for certification maintenance.Conduct risk analysis, surveys, and record findings in the system. Support departments with risk treatments in the system.Plan and execute internal, external, and supplier audits (AEO, ANVISA, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001).Structure and review documentation and policies in accordance with standards and control procedures, and keep AEO and IMS documentation updated.Manage and control all C.H. Robinson Brazil's insurance policies, including negotiations, approvals for hiring/renewing policies, and premium payments.Handle claims management, from investigation and procedure analysis to policy triggering, conversation guidance, indemnity payment process, and claim closure.Support the implementation of process review and continuous improvement projects in all company departments.Identify trends and best practices related to management systems and the AEO Program.Facilitate Relationships: Collaborate with international team members and third-party agents to ensure efficiency, excellent customer service, and creative problem resolution.Build great relationships with internal and external customers, providing timely responses and follow-up on issue resolution.Conduct insurance and IMS lectures/training and support on internal ESG programs coordination (events, sustainability, recognition programs, social actions).QualificationsMinimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Environmental Engineering, Production Engineering, or a postgraduate degree in IMS, Insurance, Risk Management, or Compliance.Advanced English level.Experience in AEO Program implementation and/or maintenance.Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 31000:2018, and 45001:2018.Knowledge of quality tools.Experience in mapping and process improvement.Desirable Requirements: Intermediate Spanish level.Advanced Excel level.Experience in Contracts, Claims, and Insurance Policy Management.Experience in Lean – Six Sigma.Knowledge of Project Management.Experience in Agile Project Management.Experience in GHG inventory or emissions calculation.If this sounds like the job for you, let's talk!
