\n Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement compliance programs aligned with Brazilian laws and regulations.Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, the Brazilian - Clean Company Act, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards.Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.Provide guidance on Brazilian corporate, consumer, labor, and intellectual property law.Manage internal investigations and oversee compliance training programs.
