About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Consultant to support our work in Brazil, delivering strategic guidance and solutions in healthcare policy and corporate affairs. The Senior Consultant will support client engagements, oversee project delivery, and contribute to the development of actionable recommendations for our clients. This role requires technical expertise in healthcare policy, access and regulatory pathways, as well as a deep understanding of policy and public sector developments in the region. The ideal candidate will have experience working in or with government entities or the public sector and be knowledgeable in key healthcare topics including non-communicable diseases (NCDs), rare diseases, and self-care (OTC medicines). Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and guidance on healthcare access and regulatory developments. Lead and execute healthcare policy and corporate affairs projects, including stakeholder engagement, advocacy strategies, and communication plans. Analyze healthcare policies, regulatory frameworks, and market trends in Brazil to inform client strategies. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, regulatory agencies, trade associations, and advocacy groups. Provide expert insights and recommendations on NCDs (obesity and diabetes), rare diseases, and self-care policies and trends. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Public Health, Political Science, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 6 years of experience in healthcare policy, public affairs, or consulting, with experience in Brazil. Technical expertise in healthcare access and regulatory pathways, with proven knowledge of public sectors and government processes. Experience working in or with government entities, regulatory agencies, or the public sector is strongly preferred. Familiarity with NCDs (obesity and diabetes), rare diseases, and self-care (OTC medicines). Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills. Fluency in English.
