Senior Consultant - Insurance (Mid-Level)
ERM is seeking a Senior Consultant - Insurance (mid-level) to join our Sustainable Finance team in Brazil.

Responsibilities:
Play a leading technical role in delivering ESG advice to insurance companies.
Manage entire projects or workstreams, reporting internally to Team Leaders and Partners and externally to client representatives.
Execute complex technical tasks within client projects.
Lead meetings and presentations to clients.
Write technical reports and prepare executive presentations.
Guide junior consultants and review their deliverables.
Contribute to proposal development and pitching prospecting clients.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a consulting role delivering technical ESG projects to insurance companies OR 5 years of experience in the sustainability or underwriting function of an insurance company.
Strong knowledge of ESG factors and ESG frameworks for the insurance sector, such as PSI and Susep 666.
Familiarity with insurance markets and insurance instruments.
Excellent writing skills in Portuguese.
Advanced level of English required; fluency desired to join international projects.
Advanced user of the MS Office suite, mainly PowerPoint and Excel; Power BI and other data visualization software are a plus.
Academic background in engineering, business or economic fields; post-graduation in ESG related disciplines is a plus.
