It is a global team with centers in EMEA, India, Greater China, North America, and Latin America.
We are growing our organization to expand our delivery capabilities within the Latin American region.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWork on leading customer-facing project implementations with a focus on SAP S4HANA MM (Materials Management) and/or SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) solution portfolio.Conduct customer workshops to understand business process requirements.Advise customers on industry best practices in the area of expertise.Configure the requirements in respective solutions.Prepare functional specifications and support development teams.Conduct testing, training, and support for master data migration.EXPECTATIONS AND TASKSProvide remote/onsite SAP consulting services to key SAP customers on innovation products, mainly SAP S4HANA MM and/or SAP EWM.Be actively involved in the preparation, design, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.Provide creative solutions to address customer issues.Execute innovation portfolio serving as primary contact from Customer Success service areas to deploy and implement solutions.Proceed with IMG configuration, design/execute implementation packages.Evaluate affected processes and scenarios, ensuring proper validation of solutions.Engage with customer scenarios to understand business needs and discuss best approaches.EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESKnowledge of MM standard and localized scenarios.Knowledge of Brazilian localization, main tax concepts, and Brazilian needs for NFe and reporting.Experience with tax procedure TAXBRA and configuration for MM processes.Knowledge of NF-e incoming standard solution and SAP NFE Incoming Automation framework.Experience in MM/EWM projects with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Desired but not mandatory:Knowledge of ABAP programming (debugging).Knowledge of SAP Signavio.Background on SAP Solution Manager topics.EducationBachelor in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.LOCATIONSão Leopoldo – Rio Grande do Sul.WORK AREAASC Cloud ERP Delivery @ ScaleEXPECTED TRAVELUp to 30%LANGUAGE SKILLSEnglish – Fluent in both spoken and written English (Mandatory).Portuguese - Fluent in both spoken and written Portuguese (Mandatory).Spanish – Advanced in both spoken and written (Mandatory).EMPLOYMENT TYPERegular Full Time#J-18808-Ljbffr
