What you'll doFinancial statements analysisPrepare policies. technical documents and proceduresImprove financial and accounting Processes;Analyses and understand in detail our operation;Support external audit and BPO processPerform accounting/ statutory reports for all entities (eg ECD)What you needExcellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and technical skillsMust be fluent in English and Portuguese+5 years of experience with AccountingKnowledge of IFRS and USGAAPBachelor's degree in AccountingAudit experienceMBA or specialization in accounting or finance will be a plusMore about youHaving strong writing abilities and clear communication skills for preparing policies, procedures, and technical documents.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Innovative and constantly looking for ways to improve our accounting process and other financial processes;Teamwork with the accounting area and the other areas.Self-driven.
