Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Corporate Account Manager to lead and manage our top corporate accounts worldwide. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving new business development (hunting) while maintaining and growing existing relationships (farming). This is a high-impact, strategic role for an ambitious professional who thrives in entrepreneurial environments. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and prospect new corporate accounts, leveraging a hunting approach to drive growth. Build a robust sales pipeline and manage opportunities through all stages: suspects, prospects, approach, negotiate, close, and contract. Sell the proposition of the bTd Corp Tool , emphasizing the benefits it brings to corporate clients by simplifying travel management, offering discounts for employees' personal trips through the bTd Travel App, and enhancing company travel policies. Develop strategic plans to achieve sales quotas and account growth objectives. Maintain a relentless sales attitude , never giving up on leads with potential. Persistently overcome objections and revisit opportunities if evidence suggests a lead could become a client. Understand that success in securing corporate clients for travel management services may require over a year of persistent effort, focus, and resilience. Map out key stakeholders and decision-makers in target companies, and use effective networking, social media, and referrals to approach and engage them. Account Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with top corporate clients, ensuring consistent delivery of excellent service. Develop account plans with clear goals, KPIs, and a critical path for success. Provide hands-on training to clients on bTd Corp tools and manage their travel requirements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other services. Ensure first-call resolution for corporate client requirements for booking commercial flights, hotels, cars, and other travel services using bTd's back-office booking tools or the bTd Travel Corp platform. Possess know-how in booking systems to lead by example and train executive assistants, procurement, and HR teams to adopt the bTd Corp Tool as their primary booking source. Encourage corporate travelers to use self-booking features for business trips, paralleling their leisure booking experiences. Provide personalized concierge services through email, WhatsApp, web portal, phone, or in-person meetings as needed, assisting clients with all travel needs, including bookings, training on the bTd Corp Tool, or coordinating with CX and Back Office teams. Operational Excellence: Monitor client performance from invoicing to payment. Ensure seamless implementation of accounts, setup of travel policies, and delivery of concierge services. Regularly measure progress and adapt strategies to meet or exceed KPIs. Strategic Leadership: Analyze the competitive landscape and identify quick wins with high impact. Develop strategies to deliver cost-effective solutions aligned with client needs and bTd's objectives. Advocate for customer satisfaction and drive initiatives that prioritize client success. Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Address client challenges proactively and find creative, practical solutions. Operate effectively under pressure, ambiguity, and complexity while maintaining a relentless positive attitude. Qualifications: Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas with verifiable data and metrics in B2B environments. Deep knowledge of corporate travel management or related industries in sales-focused roles. Expertise in pipeline management and the ability to drive leads through the entire sales cycle. Strong negotiation skills, particularly with corporate clients, and a results-oriented mindset. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and multicultural environment. Advanced understanding of technology tools, travel platforms, and financial acumen. Proficient in travel management, including booking commercial flights, handling cancellations and changes, understanding fare classes, terms and conditions, and pricing structures. Solid knowledge of the commercial airline industry gained from experience in travel agencies or airlines, with similar expertise in hotel and car service bookings. Basic GDS knowledge (e.g., Amadeus) and NDC platforms is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in managing high-level stakeholders. Relentless persistence and sales focus, with the ability to map and approach decision-makers through networking, referrals, and social media. Passion for travel and discovering the world is strongly preferred. Skills: Multilingual fluency in Portuguese and English is required. Proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a strong plus. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across multiple languages. Effective training and delegation skills, with a "lead by doing" approach.
