While you won't be responsible for creating or leading strategy development, you will meticulously plan and execute campaigns based on strategies provided by our clients or developed by our strategy team.
You'll collaborate closely with our clients, working hand-in-hand to translate campaign strategies into impactful initiatives that drive results.
You'll guide our project team to success, ensuring seamless execution, efficient operations, and exceptional client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesLead the execution of CRM initiatives within the Braze platform for our clients across various channelsConfigure and customize the Braze platform to implement agreed-upon strategies and campaignsDesign and execute targeted marketing campaigns using Braze's messaging capabilitiesUtilize Braze's segmentation and personalization features to tailor campaigns to specific audience segmentsCollaborate with the strategy team or other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and executionPartner with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that deliver lasting resultsManage and analyze large datasets to understand customer behavior and trendsMaster Braze and its features to deliver innovative solutions that elevate our clients' successRelevant document and reporting creation (e.g., Measure and report on the performance metrics of executed campaigns)Qualifications5+ years of experience in a Marketing Automation Specialist in the CRM spaceStrong skills in working with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpotAttention to detail, including QA of CRM Campaigns, Integrations & relevant documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with best practicesStrong knowledge of digital marketingUnderstanding of relational databases and data structuresProactive mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teamsStrong interpersonal and communication skills gained through experience in a client service environment (e.g., agency, client-facing role)Experience working in an agency setting or client-facing rolesC1 level of English proficiencyHelpful skillsBraze Certifications (i.e., Practitioner, Marketer)Extensive experience working with Braze platform, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing its featuresExperience in data analysis leveraging SQLDuring the process, please be ready to provide:Valid work visa - Massive Rocket does not provide sponsorship at the momentProof of identification: ID card, passport, Utility bill (Gas, Water, Electricity)2 references - Name, Relationship, Contact details (Email, Mobile)Contractors Only: proof of incorporation and insuranceNote: Please ensure that your qualifications closely match the criteria outlined in the job description.
