Our mission is to provide gamers with the best possible online performance. What We Are Looking For We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead data-driven initiatives at NoPing. This role involves analyzing all types of data across marketing, product, and operational performance, with a focus on generating strategic insights, validating experiments, constructing data pipelines, and providing support to our IT team in building and maintaining dashboards. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in analytics, big data tools, and stakeholder communication, with a passion for driving impact through actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis and Insights : Analyze complex datasets to provide strategic recommendations for key stakeholders, including marketing leadership and the board of directors. Pipeline Construction : Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines to ensure the reliability and accessibility of data for internal teams. Collaboration with IT : Provide data and insights to the IT team for the development and maintenance of dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Experimentation and Validation : Support A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to optimize decision-making processes. Collaboration Across Teams : Work closely with marketing, development, and support teams to align data solutions with business objectives. Leadership : Oversee the data strategy, ensuring best practices are followed and results are aligned with organizational goals. Global Communication : Collaborate with international stakeholders to provide reports and insights tailored to diverse business needs. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in similar roles. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics , or related fields. Expertise in Python or Javascript, SQL, and Scala for data manipulation and pipeline development. Proficiency in NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) and columnar databases like ClickHouse. Strong knowledge of relational databases with SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Experience with data orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow . Advanced English (written and spoken): Ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and analysis tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Experience with Pentaho or dbt for ETL and data transformation processes. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS (Redshift, Athena) or Google Cloud (BigQuery, Dataproc). Proficiency in Power BI , Tableau , or Looker for data visualization and reporting.
