Job Title: Data Analyst

Introduction:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, with expertise in R Programming Language, Python, and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
This role involves a high level of technical proficiency and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scripts using R, Python, VBA, and other relevant technologies to perform complex data analysis and automate processes.
Design and implement RShiny applications, ensuring both the user interface and server components meet the highest standards of functionality and design.
Generate data visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with various teams to understand their data requirements and provide analytical support.
Guarantee the accuracy and logical integrity of all data analysis and results produced.
Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and methodologies to continuously improve the quality of insights provided.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
A Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in R Shiny application development including both front-end and back-end components.
Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, and VBA.
Familiarity with database manipulation and API development.

Tools:

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., ggplot2, Tableau, or similar).
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel with VBA.
Desired Skills:
Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Experience in working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
