What you'll do:
Monitor and maintain the data environment (dashboards, data pipelines and ML models).
Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests for our data offerings.
Provide technical support across the company.
Troubleshoot data problems, diagnosing and solving them.
Implement, manage, and maintain our Data Operations Services.
Manage incidents and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Continuously analyze current processes, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement.
Prepare and present performance reports and metrics to senior management.
Responsible for maintaining and improving our data operations, focusing on incident management and problem-solving.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience working with Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or a similar role in IT.
Experience developing data assets and data products.
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Experience dealing with SLA and solving bugs process.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently.
Good interpersonal skills, focusing on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
Knowledge of ITIL and data frameworks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced English.
