Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of robust data pipelines and ETLprocesses.? Build, develop, and lead a high-performing data team.? Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver actionableinsights.? Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards to ensure data qualityand security.? Proficiency in Python for data transformation and validation.? Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing large datasets, as well as experienceworking with structured and unstructured data sources.? Data engineering and modelling skills such as slowly changing dimensions anddimensional modelling.? Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, foster a positive team culture, and empowerteam members to succeed.? Hands-on experience with data warehousing, data lakes, and cloud platforms, includingdesigning and implementing data solutions at scale?
