We are a company at Despegar group What do you must have: - Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience - At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Node.js - Experience with mongodb and Javascript - Fluent English Expericence requeried: - Node.js, JavaScript (including closures, callbacks, promises, and async/await) - MongoDB database (including schema design and optimization) - API Design. Designing and implementing scalable and secure APIs. - Version Control. Advanced knowledge of Git, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews. - DevOps. CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker) and AWS cloud platform. - Testing. Unit testing, integration testing using frameworks like Mocha, Jest, or similar.
