Requirements:5+ years experience in technical consulting, technical customer success, or other customer-facing technical rolesExperience helping customers with software development practices, DevOps, Azure, CI/CD, or open source development practicesPassion for continually improving the customer experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsCan quickly identify and solve technical and business challenges related to software deliveryAble to relate technical concepts to customers of all technical backgroundsComfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExperience working in or with large software development teamsCollaborative and team-focused, with a willingness to take initiativeSelf-directed and resourcefulAbility to travel approximately 25% when it is safe to do soNative Portuguese speaker and advanced Spanish Nice to Have:Knowledge of Source Control Management (SCM) tools and workflowsKnowledge of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) architecture, tools and workflowsIn-depth knowledge of the enterprise Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Knowledge of software composition and security analysis, SAST/DAST toolingKnowledge of Git and GitHub workflowsAbility to articulate the value of DevOps and DevSecOpsKnowledge of DevSecOps patterns and industry trendsExperience guiding enterprise organizations through transformational change in technical domains.
