You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability, scalability, and security of our cloud infrastructure.About the RoleIn this opportunity as Senior DevOps Engineer, you will:Implement and maintain infrastructure for development, test, production and QA environments using modern technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.;Ensure high availability, performance and scalability of systems;Participate in on-call rotation;Develop automations and tools for daily operation tasks;Continuously improve processes, services and self-service capabilities;Drive culture of innovation and continuous improvement through experimentation and iteration;Actively participate in knowledge sharing within team;Be responsible for project management and priorities definition, including risk mitigation plans;Identify opportunities to improve the quality of our products and/or service offerings by leveraging technology and data insights;Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively across different audiences and levels of the organization;Build strong relationships with your peers, partners and clients;Maintain and enhance documentation related to infrastructure components;Provide guidance, training, mentoring and coaching to junior members of the team;Perform other duties as assigned.About YouYou're a great fit for the role of Senior DevOps Engineer if your background includes:Experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible;Working with cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure;Knowledge of middleware concepts such as Apache Tomcat, JBoss, Spring Boot, etc.;Understanding of networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSL/TLS, SSH, SFTP, HTTPS, Websockets, etc.;Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed applications running on multiple platforms;Strong written and verbal communication skills;Proven ability to manage projects and drive results with minimal supervision;Experience working in cross-cultural teams and communicating in English and Portuguese;Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field.AccessibilityAs a global business, we rely on diversity of culture and thought to deliver on our goals.
