Senior Digital Producer Specialist We are seeking exceptional talent to update clinical trial websites in a multicultural team environment.
Key Responsibilities Launch clinical trial patient recruitment and awareness programs.Develop, unit test and implement content, website configurations, and data integrations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams.Manage third-party vendor integrations.Proactively monitor project status and provide delivery updates.Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Requirements Deep understanding of Sitecore CMS functionality (content editing, templating, personalization, analytics).Bachelor's degree + 3-5 years of CMS configuration and content management experience.Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Technical Expertise Experience with Sitecore XP/XM Cloud Content Management System (CMS), Sitecore Customer Data Platform (CDP), and Sitecore Send.Working knowledge of HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript; Application Programming Interface (API); and Survey Tools such as Alchemer/SurveyGizmo, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, etc.Proficiency in Sitecore development tools and best practices.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to content publishing and website functionality.Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of GCP (Good Clinical Practice) Quality Standards and ICH (International Council for Harmonization) Technical Requirements.Global team experience.Pharmaceutical industry experience.IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights, and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
