Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant

Job Description : Accountable for flawless D365 ERP technical implementation of Nutrafol - new solutions, process and technical knowledge for Finance. Mixing the skills of Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and Project Execution/Delivery. Work in partnership with current SI to delivery on time in full this Phase 1 (must have be in April, as Audit remediation is ongoing and key objective is to replace the current solution "Quickbooks"). Focal point to the customer D365 F&O Tech team (Platform) Advanced ability to recommend and implement technical solutions for cross-functional projects. Knowledge of systems and software engineering to optimally integrate subject expertise in software solution designs. Providing subject expertise and guidance to IT developers during the software development life cycle. Overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions. Primarily identify if any risks or issues identified during delivering the project; mitigate associated risks and escalate to relevant stakeholders when applicable. Experience and Skills required Excellent communication skills Senior as Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant Previous experience with D365 Finance Implementation Self-Organized Responsibility & Ownership Ability to have the big picture and understand the relationship and impacts Understanding of system´s & data architecture. Needs to have proactive, informed risk-taking with a winning attitude Ability to make/recommend decisions quickly and fluidly while not always relying on consensus Focus and bias for action to deliver results Project Management Experience - especially in large complex Process and Tech led transformation Agile Methodology Experience Knowledge in Finance.
