Our client is looking for a Senior Endpoint Engineer with extensive IT and Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience to help develop and enhance their endpoint and security automation products.
Responsibilities: Develop Patching Solutions: write code and define requirements for patch deployment across customer environments.
Build, improve, and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate the security and management of Windows, Mac, and Linux endpoints.
Ensure customer environments stay secure and up to date.
Investigate customer needs and security vulnerabilities to create effective patching and automation solutions.
Establish internal standards and templates to drive efficiency.
Create and maintain clear documentation for internal teams and clients.
Work closely with automation and QA engineers to ensure proper test coverage and high product quality.
Must-have Requirements: 6+ years of experience managing, configuring, automating, and software deployment to Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
6+ years of experience scripting in PowerShell Experience in software packaging and scripting software installers Experience managing endpoints Experience with source control, interacting with REST APIs, and working with structured data Background in automation – testing and automating processes Experience with 3rd party patching using tools like SCCM, Ivanti, and Kace Experience with the challenges IT teams face with security and software vulnerability management Technical experience across the entire IT infrastructure managed services stack.
Bonus points: Pester Test Framework experience You must be located in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, or Mexico.
