You will assist the client services team to manage a portfolio of advertisers/brands and help them deliver against agreed clients media KPIs and objectives.
- Respond to / follow up on clients campaign briefs and requests received, while working alongside the team.
- Support the inputs from the Strategy, Creative Services, Strategy & Performance and Data teams to develop innovative data driven solutions.
- Manage the planning, execution and post campaign reporting of the campaigns while taking a consultative approach in assisting with strategic direction, campaign management, audience targeting and helping with meaningful insights using data as a pivot.
- Monitor campaign budget/spend optimization while working closely with the Strategy & Performance and Reporting teams to ensure delivery of the agreed client KPIs.
- Ongoing account management, monthly/quarterly business reviews and end of month billing.
- Engage with specialist partners to drive commercially viable media solutions.
- Build trusted, meaningful relationships with clients, as well as relevant internal & external stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, media trends, innovations and best practices across digital media platforms (Search, Social, Display/ Programmatic and Mobile).
- Develop a thorough understanding competitive landscape and ever-changing client goals across digital media platforms.
**What skills and experience you will need?
**
- 2- 4 years of experience in account management and client servicing in the online/digital advertising industry.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and new business development.
- Knowledge about the digital media industry and latest digital advertising trends.
- Solid numerical and financial understanding.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
