Position Goal This role will be responsible for leading the regional financial strategy, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring the integrity of financial operations. This role is essential for executing strategic financial plans, optimizing processes and supporting regional leadership. Main Responsibilities Lead and manage the finances in the LATAM region, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and profitability of the business. Manage financial planning, budgets, forecasts and monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. Oversee controllership, accounting and auditing activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations. Collaborate with supply chain, purchasing and commercial teams to align financial strategies with business objectives. Act as a strategic partner to regional leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations for decision-making. Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures, ensuring the integrity of internal processes and controls. Manage cash flow and working capital, optimizing available financial resources. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs. Leading projects with a transversal impact on the region, including capital networking initiatives. Requirements Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related areas. Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus. Proven experience in a financial leadership position, preferably in multinational companies. Solid experience in financial planning, controllership, auditing, and risk management. Background in big4 is a plus Advanced knowledge of accounting, international accounting standards (IFRS) and financial regulations. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at different levels. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
