The Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis will be vital in providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our sweet organization.In this role you will collaborate with functional leaders to develop the Annual Operating Plan, deliver monthly reporting, and provide actionable insights.
You'll examine performance trends, identify variances, and offer recommendations that drive strategic initiatives.This hybrid role maximizes flexibility and collaboration based in our Bethlehem, PA headquarters and reports to the Director of FP&A.Location: Bethlehem, PA How You'll Impact Results: Prepare and consolidate company-wide financial plans and reports.Partner with functional leaders on annual planning and quarterly estimates.Analyze performance vs. plan, estimate, and prior year; identify trends and analyze variances.Create monthly financial reporting packages with insights, explanations, and recommendations.Build, track, and manage administrative expense reports with various departments.Serve as a financial systems expert for planning and reporting.Contribute to special projects and perform other key initiatives as required.Your Qualifications That Will Ensure Success: Education: Bachelor's degree required.
