We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A who will be responsible for
supporting Global Beverage reporting & analysis process including weekly, monthly,
quarterly, and annual requirements, as well as ad-hoc analysis.
Assist FP&A
Finance Manager to meet required deadlines, coordinates and communicates changes
impacting process, and supports discussions on opportunities to improve efficiency
and effectiveness.
TO ACHIEVE EXTRAORIDNARY THINGS TOGETHER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Assists in the preparation and coordination of the Annual SG&A and Capital
Budgets.
Supports the collection, consolidation and review of budgets with the
Director of FP&A and Executives;
Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual SG&A reporting
and variance analysis;
Assists with analysis of monthly results balance sheet, cash flow & p/l;
Assists with ad-hoc analysis for the commercial, procurement and operations
global teams;
Responsible for the process of standard report distribution and financial
analysis to the leadership team asrequired on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and
annual basis;
Facilitates the development, design, implementation and maintenance of all
reporting and analysis processes including financial and non-financial
measurements, as well as key performance indicators;
Prepares and maintains all applicable user documentation and training materials.
Provides proactive process improvement recommendations and assists in implementing
the accepted solutions.

Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college/university or
work-related experience in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics,
Engineering or related áreas;
WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
Finance, Accounting, Economic Value Added EVA, business and economic principles
and practices, financial modeling;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
Proficient in Hyperion Financial tools HFM, Essbase, Planning, etc.
preferred;
Advanced English.
DESIRABLE
Analytical ability, including comprehension of financial performance results and
associated evaluation of drivers affecting results;
Must be able to manage conflicting priorities and to meet established timeliness
while maintaining accuracy in their work;
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
Collaboration skills, must be able to work in a global team or cross-functional
environment;
Adaptability to changing business processes, technology or financial and
accounting rules;
Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking and problem solving skills to evaluate
various financial results and potential actions.
