Job Description
The Role in Brief:
As FP&A Senior, you will oversee the monthly management reporting, defining KPIs, generating in-depth sales and KPI reports, and driving process improvements. You should be a strategic business partner to stakeholders, integrating management reporting processes, and leading budgeting & forecasting exercises. You will report to the divisional FP&A Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead monthly group management reporting process including financial results review with local finance team, presentation to Finance director.
Define KPIs and financial reporting required for each level of management: Officers, local budget owners.
Prepare monthly flash sales and KPI reports with commentary to management.
Perform variance analysis per business unit/department and lead discussions with budget owners about financial results.
Business partnering to key stakeholders and senior management, provide strategic views to ensure profitability of the business.
Implement management reporting policies and process, automate financial KPI dashboard in Tableau (group BI tool).
Lead/manage annual budget & forecast process.
Drive process improvements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Education & Experience:
Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, FP&A.
Minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience in finance/accounting roles in an international environment.
Rich experience in financial planning and analysis is key; experience in M&A and integration post acquisitions experience is a plus.
Track record of Power BI, Tableau or equivalent FP&A software.
Fluent English. Spanish is a plus.
