About the Company: We are seeking a talented Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our development team.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development and enhancement of our proctoring and assessment platform, ensuring its continued success and growth.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST (Flexible) Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our proctoring and assessment platform.
Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js and Material UI.
Develop server-side logic and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Integrate our platform with job posting platforms to facilitate seamless recruitment processes.
Implement analytics features to provide valuable insights to recruiters.
Develop and maintain the job applicant CRM system to support effective communication and tracking.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the codebase.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development, with a focus on full-stack technologies.
Proficiency in React.js, Python, and SQL.
Familiarity with Material UI for building modern user interfaces.
Experience with FastAPI or similar Python web frameworks.
Knowledge of PostgreSQL and database management principles.
Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with UI/UX design principles and creating intuitive user flows.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as Heroku.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of data analytics and visualization techniques.
Language Requirements: C1 Level English proficiency.
