Mentor members of the development team on internal and external frameworks, software development best practices, and new technologies. Be able to gather requirements and plan actionable tasks for the team. Identify and resolve defects of complex scope using proper engineering tools and techniques such as debuggers, emulators, simulators, and logic analyzers. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities to grow their technical skills. Design and develop a component-based architect based on node.js and React. Demonstrate an ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: At least 6 years of developing and demonstrating proficiency in Python and React Deep experience using Retool in production Strong React expertise & React ecosystem awareness (frameworks, libraries, components) Advanced knowledge of Python and asynchronous programming Advanced knowledge of building full-stack applications in Python and React Real-life Frontend CI/CD expertise and advanced knowledge of CI/CD concepts Advanced knowledge using GraphQL and gRPC Strong or medium-level expertise with 1- of the 3 major clouds with soft preference for Azure Ability to combine 0-1 scrappiness & speed with sufficient quality and control that balance well together System-level design thinking is desired Strong SQL proficiency Preferred Skills: Experience with dbt / data engineering Experience using Databricks Equal Opportunity Statement: Include a statement on commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
