Senior Full Stack Engineer (React - Python) & Retool / English Skills A Must

DescriptionYou will be joining a growing team, driven by innovation, experimentation, and a deep understanding of our customers. As a member of this team, you'll be working closely with your cross-functional partners across Product Management, Data Engineering, and Platform Engineering as we build next-generation products.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain data-driven web applications and visualizations.Mentor members of the development team on internal and external frameworks, software development best practices, and new technologies.Be able to gather requirements and plan actionable tasks for the team.Identify and resolve defects of complex scope using proper engineering tools and techniques such as debuggers, emulators, simulators, and logic analyzers.Mentor junior and mid-level engineers by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities to grow their technical skills.Design and develop a component-based architect based on node.js and React.Demonstrate an ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment.RequirementsAt least 6 years of developing and demonstrating proficiency in Python and ReactDeep experience using Retool in productionStrong React expertise & React ecosystem awareness (frameworks, libraries, components)Advanced knowledge of Python and asynchronous programming.Advanced knowledge of building full-stack applications on Python and ReactReal-life Frontend CI/CD expertise and advanced knowledge of CI/CD conceptsAdvanced knowledge using GraphQL and gRPCStrong or medium-level expertise with 1- of the 3 major clouds with soft preference to AzureAbility to combine 0-1 scrappiness & speed with sufficient quality and control that balance well togetherSystem-level design thinking is desiredStrong SQL proficiencyNice to haveExperience with dbt / data engineeringExperience using Databricks
