Senior Full Stack Python/Django Lead

**What you will do**
- Design, develop, and maintain our platform using Python and Django, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Work with Tailwind CSS to create intuitive, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
- Implement security and data protection solutions.

**Must haves**
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Python and Django.
- Proven expertise in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
- Strong experience with Tailwind CSS and a keen eye for UI/UX design.
- Proficient in database management and optimization with Postgres.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Nice to haves**
- Familiarity with AWS services to supplement Heroku add-ons as needed.
- Experience developing Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).
- A passion for helping skilled tradespeople find good-paying jobs.
