**The Position**:
We're looking to hire several Senior Full Stack Ruby on Rails + Ember Developers to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:
- _Team Augmentation: _You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
- _ Design & Build: _You will work on a FullStack Labs product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.
**What We're Looking For**:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer.
- Proficiency in frontend development using Ember.js.
- Experience with other frontend frameworks like React or Angular is a plus.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
- Forensic attention to detail.
