Responsibilities
Design and Develop Scalable Backend Systems: Leverage your experience writing production code (preferably in Go).
Ensure system health, performance monitoring, and rapid debugging capabilities.
Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with both senior and junior engineers, contributing to a collaborative, feedback-driven environment.
Communicate complex technical ideas clearly in English, both in writing and verbally, and be open to peer reviews and discussions.
Autonomous but Collaborative Work: Take ownership of your tasks, working independently while maintaining strong team collaboration, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing across teams.
Qualifications
Strong software engineering and a solid grasp of computer science fundamentals.
5+ years of experience writing production code in a modern backend language (Go preferred).
Experience building backend distributed systems at scale.
Strong understanding of frontend web architecture.
Experience building frontend solutions using modern frontend web technologies such as React.
Is open to feedback and collaboration.
Works independently but not isolating.
Overlap with NY hours at least 5 hours.
