We offer online therapy integrating with third-party vendors to handle video calls and chat.We divide New Ventures PD Focus Area internally into squads that take care of different aspects of the Wellz product. In our squad, we are responsible for the partner's experience, where therapists interact with users through chat platforms, conduct therapy sessions, manage their availability for user bookings, and other features related to tracking users' mental health.YOUR IMPACTEnsure successful delivery of projects and promote the long-term technical health of our services;Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve services focusing on performance, scalability, and stability;Build integration with third-party APIs and tools;Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables;Bring expertise in architecture and design processes;Support existing systems looking to enhance functionality, increase scale, and transform in new ways to meet our product demands;Meet with the business and product team to review the design of the product;Create new services/products and capabilities to meet emerging needs as our business grows;Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your well-being and your colleagues.
