The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their experience for key visuals and design. This candidate will have experiences in advertising agencies and digital projects including performance campaigns. Responsibilities · Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets · Create compelling creative materials and key-visuals · Lead a junior team of designers · Present key-visuals and creative ideas to clients and peers · Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field · At least 8 years of experience in graphic design · Professional background in advertising agencies · Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and design tools · English proficiency · Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and design skills · Portfolio of work What you will do: · Understanding the communication needs of various banks, financial entities and businesses in their areas of e-commerce, debit and credit cards, mobile platforms, among others. · Creative conceptualization and design of art proposals consistent with the objectives of branding, identity and special campaigns for banks, businesses and cardholders. · Design of digital communication materials (eg key-visuals, e-mails, banners, mobile app pop-ups, etc.) as well as printed communication · Desirable experience in digital video design (eg motion graphics). · Presentation of creative concepts, art proposals and communication pieces to banks and financial entities. Initially will be offered a six-month contract (PJ), with high possibility of extension. Hybrid work scheme.
