What you'll do The Senior Business Analyst, GTM Strategy & Operations offers a global exciting and high-visibility opportunity to partner with some of our senior leadership members to crack the most important strategic problems, and influence the trajectory of DocuSign's business.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Director, Sales Strategy & Operations LATAM.
Responsibility Produce and maintain metrics reports on business development and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impactExplore data to find trends, discover key performance indicators, and apply proper hypothesis testingEstablish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices sharing across our business development and sales organizationsKnow the latest industry trends and best practices in sales technology and automation, and evaluate and recommend new technologies that can improve the effectiveness of our revenue engineUnderstand the overall DocuSign strategy and sales goals to translate these into metrics and dashboardsLeverage business process knowledge and expertise to identify gaps and recommend GTM improvementsDefine clear problem statements, develop solution options, and present recommendations to key collaborators to drive consensusAdvise mid-senior members of the sales organization on growing and optimizing their businesses by making data-driven, actionable recommendations that help them make intentional decisions to achieve their long-term strategic prioritiesSupport annual planning through data-driven recommendations (e.g. customer segmentation, headcount, financial and territory planning, quota setting)Support day-to-day operations including forecasting, pipeline analysis, and QBRs
Lead and support ad-hoc projects with regional or global impact (e.g. GTM changes, process improvement, sales incentive design, forecast modeling, dashboard development for KPI monitoring) Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required.
