Joom's offices are located in Latvia, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Germany, Brazil and Portugal.Now we are looking for a Senior HR Administration Specialist to join our team.
This role will involve managing a range of HR functions, including employee insurance coordination, onboarding, document management, and interaction with the head office on HR matters.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of labor laws in Brazil and exceptional organizational skills.ResponsibilitiesHandle HR administrative tasks, including preparing HR documents, signing documents with employees, storing them, transferring data to payroll, and ensuring timely registration in the social system.
Over time, manage full HR administration with the provider focusing only on payroll servicesCoordinate employee insurance through the provider.
Engage directly with the insurance company when necessaryOrganize and track medical check-ups for employeesPrepare meal and transportation cards for office staffServe as the primary contact for employees regarding HR-related questionsLiaise with the head office on emerging HR issuesLead the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and effective integration into the companyRequirementsStrong knowledge of labor law and experience with Brazilian HR managementFluent English and PortugueseHigh level of precision and attention to detailExcellent flexibility and adaptabilityPreferredExperience in building processes from scratchInternational work experienceExperience working in a small companyWe are offeringCLT employment with all benefits according Brazil labour lawFlexible working hours and 30 days of paid annual leaveExtended health insurance for the employees, their spouses, and children, including dental care coverage100% paid sick leavesPersonal development: professional events, workshops, English classes, corporate libraryDaily meal allowanceAnnual team retreats#J-18808-Ljbffr
