Job Reference No: 3582Job PurposeThe role of the Senior HR Analyst focuses on supporting HR subsystems as a generalist, ensuring effective delivery while maintaining a constant interface with local stakeholders and HR headquarters in the UK.
You will be responsible for processes, developing strategies, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and employee experience.
Focus areas include recruitment, performance management, training and development, job frames, compliance, budget, and headcount.Job ContextOperating within the Human Resources department, the HR Senior Analyst collaborates with HR team members, managers, and employees to provide comprehensive HR support and services, contributing to the overall success of the organization.Job DimensionsReporting to: Head HR and dotted line with LEBR GMCollaborates with: HR team, managers, and local stakeholdersKey AccountabilitiesRecruitment and Onboarding:- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new employees integrate smoothly into the organization.Employee Relations:- Address and resolve employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.Performance Management:- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to enhance performance and career development.Compensation and Benefits:- Analyze compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals.- Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and issue resolution.Training and Development:- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.- Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives.HR Analytics and Reporting:- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making.- Prepare and present reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover, employee engagement, and performance.Compliance and Policies:- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.- Develop and update HR policies and procedures, communicating changes to employees and managers.HR Projects and Initiatives:- Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing employee experience.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR strategies and programs.Qualifications, Experience & Skills- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field; MBA in People Management is desirable.- Fluent English is required.- Proven experience in a broad range of HR functions, with at least 5 years in an HR analyst role.- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.Job Specific Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Experience in training, indicators, policies, values, and people management.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Behavioral Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.Self-motivated, able to work independently, meet deadlines, and assume responsibilities.Be creative, proactive, and capable of driving continuous improvement.Always act in a professional, ethical, and discreet manner while maintaining confidentiality, understanding, and respecting the sensitive nature of the information maintained.Does this sound interesting?
