This position will primarily be focused on providing coaching for managers and employees, support for performance issues, HR investigations and program administration. You will be working with HR business partners, Business leaders, HR functions (e.g., Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Staffing and Talent Development) and employment attorneys to address challenging issues and projects related to:
- Employee Relations
- Management Coaching/Consulting
- Performance Management
- ADA accommodations and leaves
- Business and culture transformation
- Application of HR policies and guidelines
- Workplace Investigations
Primary duties include but not limited to:
- Contribute to the successful shaping and implementation of complex corporate and business changes at country level e.g., reorganizations, acquisitions, divestitures, changes in compensation & benefits.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues, Business stakeholders and Agilent partners to deliver shared goals.
- Provide advice on people and organizational issues to business leaders and Country Management Teams to enhance business, country & HR outcomes. This includes developing trusted relationships, providing leadership coaching, and acting as a valued partner to Agilent leaders on diverse topics.
- Provide HR leadership and direction for country topics including compliance, HR operations and engagement.
- Monitor and ensure effective administration and compliance of policies and programs in accordance with local legal requirements.

- Investigate employee relations issues, lead workplace investigations, and make recommendations to management team.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment while handling and executing tasks with multiple conflicting priorities.
**Location**:Must be commutable to Araguaia site.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
- 8+ years of Human Resource experience for entry to this level
- Must be fluent in Portuguese and English (verbal and written)
