The format, steps and evaluation criteria of this opportunity will be the same as the other TechnipFMC recruitment programs.Support operational activities and contribute to ensuring that they meet safety and environmental requirements (Work on offshore projects, docking/maintenance and port calls, management of contractors, carry out internal and supplier audits, monitor HSE Offshore Technicians).Monitor changes in Occupational Safety regulations and evaluate their impact on TechnipFMC's activities.Participate by representing the company in external HSE audits of offshore installations.Use HSE tools in order to reduce the exposure of employees to risk situations and act as a spokesperson for HSE processes and tools in offshore installations.Participate in the process of identifying occupational risks and accidents.Carry out inspections to assess the integrity of equipment and facilities in compliance with HSE requirements.Provide technical training and promote campaigns related to HSE.Monitor leading and lagging performance indicators, report results and lead improvement action plans.Carry out investigation of incidents occurring in the TechnipFMC fleet.Develop and maintain programs aimed at preventing workplace accidents.Develop, review and implement management and operational procedures regarding HSE.You are meant for this job if:Bachelor of Engineering with Postgraduate in Occupational Safety Engineering.Experience as an Occupational Safety Engineer in companies in the oil and gas segment.Experience in working with different stakeholders (project, client, partner), especially Petrobras.Strong knowledge of HSE Management System.Advanced level in MS Office tools.Language skills - Fluency in Portuguese and Post-Intermediate level in English.Availability for occasional offshore assignments.Additional SkillsDesirable experience in projects with PLSVs / Flexible line installations and in Knowledge of maritime legislation (SOLAS, NORMAM, MARPOL).Experience in Petrobras contracts (Differential).Act with AgilityCreate Inclusive CultureProblem SolvingLead with a Lean MindsetDemonstrate Customer IntimacyBeing a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
